Idioms are words, phrases or expressions which are commonly used in everyday conversation by native speakers of English. They are often metaphorical and make the language more colourful.
The expression I will share with you today is:
“If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen”
… means that if you feel that there is too much pressure, you can leave.
If you can’t handle the situation, you shouldn’t be there.
This area is only for people who can handle it.
Anyway, have you ever been under a lot of pressure ?
What are your comments about of being in this situation ? Let me know about it and talk to you soon !
